Large LCD splicing screens have become a display device that can be seen everywhere in our lives, such as display screens in the center
of shopping malls, monitors in corporate conference rooms, and screens in monitoring projects, etc. However, despite their prevalence in
everyday applications, how much do you know about these products? In fact, the screen of a large LCD splicing screen is very fragile, and
sometimes the screen may even be damaged during the installation process of the device. In Weikang's many years of equipment projects,
we have often encountered this situation. Some customers may inadvertently cause screen damage, resulting in screen scrap. Therefore,
our equipment personnel must be very careful during the project equipment process, especially during transportation.
So, what preparations should we make before shipping? Because LCD products are composed of liquid inside, the screen is very fragile.
Sometimes the screen gets scratched when it is touched by fingers or sharp objects. Therefore, when transferring the large screen, you
must handle it with care to avoid scratches. Also, do not touch the screen surface directly with your fingers or other sharp objects. During
the transfer process, operators must handle it with care and perform special treatment on the inside of the box before packing. Air bubbles
or foam can be filled around the box to prevent the box from rocking back and forth during transport and causing the screens to hit each
other. In addition, other original components such as power cables, signal cables, network cables, interface cables and other components
should be placed on the back of the screen and avoid contact with the screen surface.
The large LCD splicing screen is very fragile and fragile. Once external force acts on the screen, the consequences will be disastrous.
Therefore, during the packaging process, thick and sturdy materials must be selected. This can prevent collisions and ensure that the
box will not deform during transfer. Only in this way can we ensure that the project is completed on time and with quality, without
delaying the project time and progress.
