What is your delivery time?
A：
Our factory has an inventory of raw materials and has 10 Automated production lines. Sample orders can be shipped out at any time, and bulk orders are delivered in about one to two week.

Do you have your own factory?
A：
Yes we are the real source factory in commercial displays. We developed our own produciton toolings, such as diffuser, lamp bars, frame, back cover etc. We can support CBU, SKD and CKD. Currently, 50%~60% of the nesting materials in the Chinese market are supplied by our factory.

What brand of screen are you using?
A：
LG,BOE,AUO,TCL, Samsung, CHIMEIpanels would be used, depending on the projects. And we can guarantee that we use all original A+ screens from original brands.

What is your MOQ?
A：

Any quantity is acceptable for your order. And the price is calculated according to Specs/Size/Quantity of each of your order, it is negotiable for large quantity.

How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A：

Quality is priority. Qunmao always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. We focus on every detail, our products accept CE,RoHS,FCC authentication,etc.

What is your after-sale service?
A：

Normally we offer 1 year free warranty but whole life time technical support. After 1 year, components would be charged if any mulfunctions occur on the device. The repair rate of our products is controlled below 5‰.
