Functional requirements for interactive electronic whiteboards

(1) It can open Office documents and PDF documents, directly annotate and modify the documents, and save them in Word, PowerPoint or 

btx format.

(2) You can enlarge or reduce the selected area at will, highlight the content that needs to be highlighted, and block other content at the 

same time.

(3) It integrates handwriting screen and touch screen functions to realize writing, drawing, teaching courseware demonstration, editing, 

printing, storage and other functions.

(4) Smart brush function: Hand-drawn geometric shapes such as straight lines, polylines, ellipses, circles, etc. can be automatically recognized 

into standard shapes.

(5) Object editing function: You can edit each object, including copy, paste, delete, combination, lock, layer adjustment, translation, scaling, 

rotation, etc. Also has eraser function.

(6) Any irregular closed area on the page can be filled, and the fill color is used as an independent object.

(7) Link function: Supports text hyperlinks to link to other pages or applications, and you can use hyperlinks to add sound and video files.

(8) Camera function: You can capture all or part of the screen displayed on the computer at will, and it can be copied to the current operation 

page, gallery or clipboard, and can be called at any time.

(9) File export function: the recorded content can be exported as commonly used pictures and web pages, and each object on the page can

 be stored in the gallery and extracted at any time; the gallery can be exported as a file, and the gallery can be imported at other locations .

(10) Screen curtain: It can pull the screen up, down, left and right to cover the content on the screen, leaving targeted information for 

demonstration to facilitate the demonstration of teaching courseware.

(11) Personalized setting function: You can set floating toolbar buttons, writing backgrounds, commonly used brushes, commonly 

used inserted texts, default pictures of screen curtains, etc. according to personal preferences.

(12) Printing function: You can print the selected content on the electronic whiteboard.
