During official installation, two technicians from your company finished installation, adjustment and commissioning of the whole 2×2 system in only one and a half days with high professionalism. After installation, they patiently trained our staff on content switching, brightness adjustment and preset display scheme setting, showing thoughtful service. 

  For daily operation, the remote control function is extremely convenient and practical, boosting work efficiency significantly.   There is only one minor issue to be optimized: a 1-2 seconds short delay and slight screen flicker occur when switching display modes, especially from single-screen multi-window to full-screen splicing mode. Though it hardly affects normal use and overall viewing experience, optimizing this detail will further upgrade the product professionalism.
